Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SellerAtlas is a product of JRT Products Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16127995), registered office at Unit 55 Romsey Industrial Estate, Greatbridge Road, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 0HR. Contact: privacy@selleratlas.co.uk.

2. What we collect

• Amazon account data, via your explicit authorisation through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Advertising API: order and sales data, FBA inventory data, advertising campaign, keyword and spend data, and your seller/advertiser account identifiers.
• Account and billing data you give us directly: name, email address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we never store your card details ourselves).
• Usage data: basic log and analytics data about how you use the dashboard, for reliability and support purposes.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

• To provide the service you've subscribed to (performance of a contract) — displaying your dashboard, sending review requests, and running automated ad adjustments on your behalf.
• To maintain and improve the service (legitimate interest).
• To bill you for your subscription (performance of a contract).

4. How we use it

We use your Amazon data only to power the features you've enabled: building your dashboard, sending Amazon's official review-request messages on your behalf, and adjusting your advertising bids/budgets/keywords according to the rules you've set. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not use one customer's data to benefit another.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run SellerAtlas:

• Amazon (Selling Partner API, Advertising API) — the source of your account data, under your own authorisation.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Render — where our servers and database are hosted.
• Email provider (to be added) — for transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts, alerts).

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation in case you resubscribe, after which it is permanently deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

Amazon access tokens and other credentials are encrypted at rest. All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to production data is restricted to what's needed to operate the service.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to object to how it's processed. Contact privacy@selleratlas.co.uk to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

9. International transfers

Our hosting provider, Render, may process and store your data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards Render provides under its own data processing terms to ensure your data is protected to UK GDPR standards.

10. Cookies

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated first.

11. Children

SellerAtlas is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change and update the effective date above. Material changes will be notified by email.
