Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SellerAtlas is a product of JRT Products Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16127995), registered office Unit 55 Romsey Industrial Estate, Greatbridge Road, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 0HR. These Terms govern your use of SellerAtlas.
2. The service
SellerAtlas connects to your Amazon Seller Central and Advertising accounts (via Amazon's own authorisation flow) to display a dashboard of your sales, inventory, and advertising data, to send automated review requests on eligible orders, and — where you enable it — to automatically adjust your advertising bids, budgets, and keywords according to rules you configure.
3. Your account
You must hold a valid, professional Amazon Seller Central account to use SellerAtlas. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and billing
SellerAtlas is billed on a recurring subscription, in advance, via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer refunds for partial periods. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice by email.
5. Automated advertising changes — please read carefully
If you enable automated ad management, SellerAtlas will make live changes to your Amazon advertising campaigns (bids, budgets, keywords) on an unattended, scheduled basis, according to the targets and rules you set. You remain solely responsible for your advertising spend and results. We don't guarantee any specific outcome (ACOS, sales, ranking), and we're not liable for losses arising from automated changes made in accordance with your configured settings. You can pause automation or roll back recent changes at any time from your dashboard.
6. Acceptable use
You won't use SellerAtlas to violate Amazon's own Seller or Advertising policies, attempt to manipulate reviews outside Amazon's rules, or interfere with the service's operation.
7. Data
Your Amazon and account data remains yours. Our handling of it is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
8. Availability and warranty
SellerAtlas is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses caused by Amazon API outages, rate limits, or changes to Amazon's own APIs outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of Amazon's APIs through our service. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
11. Changes to these Terms
We'll notify you by email of material changes before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
